Her first job out of college was answering phones for a ticketing company. While working there, it wasn’t long before Michele realized that she could improve the customer experience by making the software better. And that was Michele Schmitt’s first step towards beginning her career in product management. Ten years later, Michele is now a master of understanding a customer’s needs and is passionate about developing the best products possible to help them run their businesses.
